One can also use it in chutney and take it with lunch or dinner and also grind them with the flour and use the flour for making chapattis.

Consumption of water boiled with cinnamon promotes the metabolism of glucose and help in reduction of cholesterol. This water can be used for drinking at least 2-3 times a day.

Antioxidants like vitamin C, zinc, chromium, vitamin E, selenium also control blood sugar level. Apart from this they control the health problems like diabetic retinopathy, heart disease, kidney disease and the overall decrease in immunity.
